I don't remember ever being totally healthy. Asthma and infections plagued my childhood. I have a list of surgeries--more than I would hope to have in a lifetime. In 2012, I had major surgery--precancerous situation. In 2014, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I had a modified treatment plan. The radiation treatment apparently scared my lungs and lately I have been struggling and doctors cannot seem to get me OK. My lungs are unhappy. I need to heal. I need to lose weight. Being sick has packed on the weight. I am determined.
