Can't tell you how many times I've done that going to work. I usually just go all meat at that point and try to make up the rest later. Did you know Burger King will sell you a Whopper patty for $1 (0 carbs, under 300 calories) 😁

So sorry for your slip! I have learned to map every restaurant that has a keto option. Plus, I carry a small bottle of olive oil with me to counter low-fat offerings. Breakfast is the toughest for fast food keto, because biscuits are so popular.
