On day 3 I was so tired I slept for almost 12 hours! Day 4 was a little better, did 20 jumping jacks + leg lifts (something better than nothing). Now it is Day 5 - feeling exhausted and would REALLY like a soda right about now, but really happy with the number on the scale after a few tough days of keto diet. I know a lot of this is water weight and next week the numbers won't be as kind, but I am going to take the win for this week and as long as the number next week is less than this week I will be happy.
