Yes, I put in the weight I was today. Since that low weigh in, which was not a great loss for the month before that, I have GAINED 2.6 lbs. In fact, I have been up and down between 2 lbs higher than today to 206.6, but never down to 205 again. I drink my water. I eat three meals, but not big ones. I do not cheat. I work with a trainer three times a week and go on my own too. I write everything I eat down in my food and fitness journal. I am not overdoing the protein. I AM FURIOUS. So now, I have to look for another diet since my body does not like Atkins anymore. But what diet? I figured I can stay on this throughout the cruise in late July, but don't know where to go from there. I would like to know what hypothyroid people who don't have a gall bladder do for a diet. What works for them? This certainly is no longer working for me. The month before the 205, I had only lost a pound. Now I have gained weight. The one year anniversary of the diet is June 27. I will weigh in that day, although the salty prepared foods from tonight's graduation celebration in a Japanese restaurant- I will get sashimi, even though I want a Japanese roll, and a wedding tomorrow- have no clue what is being served- The sodium will affect my weigh in I am sure. I will keep posting.
