The day after I posted my weekly weight, the scale registered 160.4. I thought it would go back down but it hasn't so thought I should fess up. 😝 I was just so happy to have broken the 150s. It s okay. I'm in ketosis and adhering to my plan so it will come off. It's just going to be super slow. 🐌 It would likely speed up if I would get more active.
