Getting ready to do my class at the gym. My joints are really stiff and sore. I think it's the humidity. it's been so dry here in Kansas and all of a sudden the past few days have been drizzling & raining. Hope I can make it through!

Patty!!! Holy hot mustard Batman! That class kicked my big ol bug booty! I enjoyed a hydro massage bed after & now it's time for a vanilla blueberry protein shake and a nap!
