Started this weight loss journey this time on March 19. I had gotten on the scale and weighed 187.8. Was eating all the wrong foods that I'm allergic to, and that also effect my weight. Pizza, cheese, breads, LOTS of wine :(
So, because I hate myself at this weight, because I hate when I feel out of control, and because I want to be at least 20 pounds lighter and MUCH stronger so that I can ride, I'm doing this again. Cut out all wine, all bread, all dairy and mammal meat and animal byproducts. Eating whole foods, some fruit. Let's ride!
