I could handwrite my daily menu 10 times faster than I can on the computer Fat Secret Web site. I shall persist, though,. AT least I have printed Wed.'s meals, & I will follow them. Trying to stick with the plan, while going back on ideas from years ago menus. joyce

JOYCEELAINE: Thanks for sharing! I work at my computer all day in graphic design, so I leave my FS easy to get at so I find it easier. I also have an app on my cell phone in case I can't get to my computer. I use to write mine down, but Ilike how FS autmatically calculates for me :)
