Realizing that I need to re-focus my work and progress, I have noticed that while I am logging my food here I have slacked off in my physical journal., so if noone sees my food logged for a while it is because I have to be more vigilant in using my book for logging. Of course I'll still be bouncing on and off here to chit-chat and whatnot I have to get my priorities in order for my own benefit and to make the progress that I know I can and know I need to make.

a duplicate food log., a paper journal., I find that I am more accountable with it than on here

It is most important just to do it (the workouts I mean) - I got so much paper work at work, I just can't log all of that stuff and the weight stuff - Taking the effort to do it and just to realize that, means to me you are doing a GREAT JOB!!!!
