In the four weeks I have been doing this, I have had no cravings, but this morning I really just wanted a tall glass of ice cold milk. That just sounded so good. Another lb down convinced me to stick with it.

Gotta crab leg buffet on Friday nights, my new favorite thing, even have sugar free desserts, but I have no desire for that so I just went to town on crab legs.
