Very little hunger with my new protocol which is sooo freeing not to obsess about food all day long and I still take a daily walk outside in the cold. Hoping to keep this up so I can share with all soon what has been working from me. I am very inspired by many of your achievements and breakthroughs.

For those wondering what a SFD is, I will share this soon. I am still compiling data (I want at least 1 week's worth to be sure it is sustainable at least for me)

Yes I do agree Ches... and how I will feel after this achievement ..also I'm keeping in my mind how I had felt when I first began...what I want from all of this that I'm working on for myself.... training my mind will be an ultimate challenged..Im a work in progress..and boy oh boy is this going to be work;)

Ches, That will be interesting to find out which fasting you took on SFD super fast diet if you chose the partial day or the 2or3 day fast. Good Luck!

18 hrs 28 min in to my SDF. Like taking candy from a baby. I still can't believe this method. Duh!!!!!! I must have been distracted with the original post. the correct acronym for what I am doing if there is even one would be S D F. Hahaha, I can laugh at myself for this one. As a matter of fact, I will laugh all the way to an beyond the 200 mark for sure. Carry on and thx, thx thx for the support.

Ches, The fasting plan l new of was SFD, now you've got me curious what does SDF stand for I'm assuming it's a fasting plan? This could be a new one that's gotten by me.
