Decided to forgo the rice in my lunch stir fry today as i had so much veg and no sweet and sour sauce. It was more flavoursome with some honey and lemon and less dry. A bit lighter on calories too.

Found out last night whilst cooking our stir fry that if you add a little water it makes it feel like there's more sauce. Well done you.
