Definitely a FEEL GOOD day for me! Got to take bags 7 and 8 to Goodwill as one of my (unofficial) weekday walks - even got the trash bags back. AND, the Jimmy John's dude handed me a sample (three inch) sandwich! Nice of them to place it in the protective bread wrapping (LOL)!

Congratulations, Murph. What a joy to clean house. Internally and externally. whereas I have two closets: One for fat clothes, one reasonable clothes. I can't even remember how many wardrobes I've given away. The challenge this time will be to know that this is the last time and part with the fat clothes with joy. 🤸🎶🤸 Thanks for the inspiration Murph.

I've got a box I'm starting for the thrift store. Not very full yet. I want to keep some of the fat clothes, knowing what can happen. At least for awhile. And most of my tops are getting big, but not so big I can't wear them. Nice 3 inch sandwich as a sample, I call that portion control! Did it satisfy you (did you eat it?)?

Favorite treats for the dogs are cucumbers, broccoli, carrots, green beans, cauliflower, apples. However, I make it up to them by giving them those bread wrappings, french fries, some pasta, and other stuff I don't eat!

I got rid of all my fat wardrobe awhile back. I was going to take some of them in because I like the styles, but realized I’d be waiting🤷🏻♀️forever! LOL So now it all goes and I get new! 🙋🏻
