Thank you. No cravings to speak of. I think the really low carbs is what my body needs. My 80th is tomorrow with a party with 40 friends at the clubhouse at our park. The 21st we'll go to San Francisco Area/Mill Valley for dinner at a lovely restaurant with family. It's going to be a grand time. Thank you gor asking.
