I'm back. Really got off track over Christmas. I haven't weighed in - habit broken - but will tomorrow. I'm guessing it will be around 172. I'm trying to fast 18 hrs. Make it most days. I have never been hungry before late morning. I have forced myself to eat a "healthy breakfast" and all it does is turn on my appetite for the rest of the day. My real struggle is night eating. Sweets. I'm journaling for the accountability and support. Today is the first day of the rest of my life - and all that jazz. 😄
