really increased my exercise which is good.
as in the past I initially put on weight. Why? I have no idea but it is frustrating.

relook at my food intake looks pretty good. maybe too much salt so I will look to decrease that

Muscle weighs more then fat, plus you retain more water in the muscles while they recoup
