I have met my goals for today. supper cooking chicken thighs provencal with roasted sweet potato chips. used by vegginator (??) nice tool.

foods I do not include in my diet are cheese and milk. really do cause belly bloating for me. keep my milk intake low---still need small amount cream in my coffee.
no peanuts
no soy
no beans

absolute for success---meal planning
