Occasional cheats are OK...sometimes they can spur us to get back on track. Use it for good and prove to yourself that you won't crumble at the first bump in the road.

@ScottH - true, true @poppycom - I was hungry for lunch, don't normally go to fair (work-related, we have a booth there), when I do I do not eat fair food, coworker was driving company car and I was passenger @ceciofal and @sandyeg - will do

Oh thank goodness. I was afraid you were going to wag your fingers at me for hitting around 25g/day net carbs the last few days. I believe that we shall, nonetheless, survive and prosper.

Well I ate teriyaki chicken and don't know the calories or carbs. Guess the scale tomorrow will give me a clue. Tomorrow's a new day. I'm back with it tonight. Just uncomfortable not knowing
