Well, one more pound and I have taken off 30 pounds off since joining this site, and 50 since Thanksgiving. I love these ten pound milestones, it's what keeps me going. It will slow down soon, as I reach my goal, but I must not let that get me down. After my accident, I never thought I get this far. Almost off the prednisone...it makes me want to eat everything, even food I hate, even food in the trash can. Now that's nasty...

Kimm, way to go, that is great. Sorry about that damn prednisone, that stuff is nasty. Stay away from the trash can :)

Wow, you're doing so great! Love that steady downward slope :) You have such an added challenge with your injury and medication. It is inspiring to see you doing it anyway. Keep up the great work!
