Yay! Went to the Dr. today and found out that I don't have Diabetes after all! Their blood glucose meter was WRONG and my blood work came back, and my glucose level was only 79. (the meter in the office read 464) Also, I am down 9 lbs. since last Wed. (one week ago) I had the most delicious Chicken fried rice for dinner, at only 350 calories! (recipe from this site) AWESOME day!
