Just another 1.5 miles walking with the doggies this morning and we almost didn't get that in! It began to sprinkle (even tho' I checked the radar before we went out...) when we were barely into the first loop. Then, we got caught in a couple of absolute downpours that lasted a few seconds. Unfortunately, we were walking where there weren't any trees to duck under to stay drier.
Then, the rain stopped, except for a pesky mist/drizzle, so we pressed on for the rest of the 1.5 miles. But when I heard distant thunder, I thought we might be tempting fate, so we all came home to get dried off. Now that the dogs are fed and dried, I'll be hopping on Stairmaster for a bit....or maybe XBox...haven't decided for sure.
Today should be a homebound day with lots of chores until I go to pick up DH from work. After I dropped him off this AM, I cruised by WalMart to pick up a few things before the rain moved in and because it's an awesome time to shop there!
I found a 1NC soynut butter at Publix yesterday and WOW! you can sure tell it's unsweetened! But, it's a good, workable product and if it's not quite so appealing to me as the sweetened varieties, maybe I can keep that craving from going crazy!
