Wed. is here... that means 6 am spin class and then coed basketball at the Y at night. Spin class is such a killer... so tired getting up at like 5, then dreading it, but feels great once the class is over! so refreshing.

Just hoping my legs recover in time for tonites game... might do some walking on the treadmill before the game to warm up and get the blood flowing.

eating has been pretty good, i think ive found a grove for enjoyable but low cal. hopefully i can keep that up.
