Been taking care of my grandfather since Jan 28th to last Thursday when he passed. Slept about 15 hours in 8 days and there was a lot of takeout and peanut m&m's. Trying not to let it derail all my efforts, but I missed recording the worst days - probably about 3000 calories on Wed. Gonna try to get back on track this week. Am still working on the crunches and getting more active. What a week. :(
