Sunny and 60 degrees and in just a few minutes I am out of here!

Today is Day 7 of "one day at a time". Now moving on to Sandy's suggestion - February is such a short month - can't we do this one month at a time? Yes we can!

And I expect some cooperation from Mr. Scale next Monday.

I agree in kicking him in the caboose. I really wish the scale could be forgotten about and never seen again. It really should be about what we are doing and how we are feeling that should matter. Too bad we just can't follow through with actually getting rid of it. Maybe a stern talking to will help. Best wishes. Much love.

When I first started my weightloss journey, I was relieved that the scale went high enough to measure my weight...thought I'd have to go to the weigh-bridge, so I have to say I am grateful to be able to use the horrid little square. I have been being a good girl for quite some time now, it kinda self perpetuates after a while, you wont want to undo the great work, then it will become your new habbit....keep going girlfriend!! XX

Di Happy - Thanks for sharing that. My good habits get eroded just a little bit at a time. I'm finally learning to catch that first slip and nip it in the bud.

Oh darn....now I have to take my own advice since someone else is too!!! LOL!! But seriously, I may not have been perfect today, but I avoided a few things by remembering that February is a short month and surely I can keep my focus for the shortest month of the year, can't I? Of course WE can!!!
