Cass, You look like you are doing great fat, protein, and carb wise! Those pounds are melting off! Woot! I can't see water numbers here or how much you've added at all meals, but you aren't going overboard on the coffee. If you are tired or getting headachey, that is one place to change is the caffeine, but you are doing SO awesome!

I don't have coffee too much.. maybe 1 or 2 times a week now it getting warmer wont have much. I drink a lot of water. sometimes I forget to add it to my diary!
