Ah, up a pound from yesterday but things didn't go so well at the Academy Awards party last night. Someone brought a bottle of Prosecco and that was my downfall. At least I was able to wear my blue velvet dress that I bought about 15 years ago to attend a wedding. I haven't worn it in about 5 years and I did get compliments. My sis and husband looked good, as well. We all got compliments though no one mentioned our weight loss. Not a surprise from this group to be honest with you. I'm back on track today and I even got my food scale delivered so I can be more precise. Have a great week my fellow FS'ers.
