Heard sonething today and i can't he'll but think it's a great idea. Logging what we eat, then making a note of how it made us feel. Think I'll try it. Breakfast I had pinky a premier protein banana cream shake. I felt good with it. I also have coffee with cream and a little sugar. Still I felt great! Lunch I had fried chicken. It's been a long time since having it. It was really good but not good for me. I had green brand sand 1/4 of a twice baked potato. water to drink with lemon wedges. I have to say that though I had the fried chicken, I felt good. Not full, not a bad feeling in my gut. I also had a very small piece of red velvet cake. For dinner I had Maruchan Instant Lunch and some bread. I felt very full and yucky in my gut. I should keep this oin mind next time I want to eat it.
