Great Job !!! I love Olive Garden, there is suppose to be a new one built in Lawrence, Ks not to far from where we live, wouldn't that be nice !!!

Hey Buff.... hubby and I love Olive Garden too... but it isn't exactly carb friendly, is it.... but who cares... it's soooooo good! When we lived near one that was our anniversary celebration place. :)

Mom2Boxers - I know what you mean. I remember reading Olive Garden's site a long time ago and for low carb they recommended the Meat on Skewers (can't remember the name of it) and Grilled Vegetables - unfortunately that is not what I ordered last night.

all you can eat salad...is SO good, just hard to not munch on the all you can eat breadsticks at the same time. Throw in a glass or two of wine waiting for a table and I'm full before the meal comes! Bad thing is, that usually doesn't stop me. hahaha.

That is kind of hard to do - that is unless you've been really good for quite some time with the dieting, or you're getting enough exercise... I am quite far from one of those and prefer to go to Golden Corral (same road about twenty miles away) when all the kids are in school...
