Hey all! Long time no see. While quitting smoking, I took a bit of a break from FS but I'm coming back.
Still (almost) a non-smoker (had a few slips lately, but I'm still fighting) I went up to 195, but I think that things are coming back under control and I have good hope to finish the week Under 190 (ideally, around 188). And then, I'll keep going down!
In the good news column, I'm still jogging very regularly (2-3 times a week) and doing between 4-6.5km per run. I'm so happy about it there is no words!
Keep it up, it's a constant effort, but worth every sacrifices. ABitFat
