It's very hard for me to find the time to eat healthy/balanced meals through out the day with my work schedules. I can't really take a break to eat at all during my shift, and by the end of the day I am starving when I get off of work. I work at Red Robin, and I find myself eating their not so healthy meals whenever I get off of work. My mother is the one who does the grocery shopping and she buys a lot of carb based meals as well. If anyone has any suggestions as to what I should do, snacks, etc, please, let me know!
