Happy Sunday all. I'm going through withdrawal and facing a grumpy dog since we've not gone for a walk for the past two days. I've had to go into the office early the last two days. I finished painting and moving furniture at the office yesterday for the carpet/tile installers to begin. Sat on my arse reading all afternoon yesterday while they worked on the install. Doing the same today. Hopefully they'll finish by this afternoon and I can start moving the furniture back in. I've got all of the lobby and waiting room furniture along with 3 offices full of desks, chairs, computer equipment and filing cabinets jammed into the back two offices that already had their own furniture along with boxes of new chairs waiting to be assembled. Getting to the last connected computer is a matter of climbing over several yards of upended furniture. Hopefully, the office can be back in operation by mid-week. I'm nearing the end of my third fast in 8 days. Its been 39 hours and I'll probably eat in 5 or 6 hours. Fasting is getting easier, the more I do it. The biggest problem that I've had with fasting has been an inability to fall asleep during the 2nd night of a complete fast. However, last night I fell asleep easily and slept well all night. So, hopefully I'm past that problem now. Big plans for diet breaking splurges during the next two weekends as I celebrate a milestone birthday and wedding anniversary.
