been so busy these past 2 weeks haven't done much journaling, but am still keeping up w diet/ exercise and weight although it seems like I'm not as anal about weighing myself 3x a week, and weighed myself 2x week before last and once this week. if I only do 1x a week, I can still get a monthly avg.
