Same old, the week was good except the weekend. I was feeling so guilty Saturday morning. BUT now that I think back I went to the gym before going out Friday. Saturday morning I did walk to get my car to head to the afternoon football game, plus the walk to/from parking at the game. Exercise is not the problem... so many other little things that I am aware of. This coming weekend is Thanksgiving. Will be traveling to be with family for 3 full days. Major challenge.
