Happy with the weigh in today. Always nice to have a positive drop after a weekend. Going to have to keep pushing hard this week to get down below 220 (halfway mark). I hope everyone is eating well and enjoying life!

A good quote from Joe Manganiello's book "Evolution" for everyone today:
"The moment you say 'I did it', is the moment the devil walks in the door".

A quick explanation of this is that reaching a goal is an amazing feeling and you should be proud of reaching your goal. But you should never settle. If you reach a goal you set a new goal and you continue to better yourself. Go to bed every night as a better version of yourself than the day before.
