Wow, jogging really helps me keep my motivation. Almost a week without tobacco, and I really don't want to gain weight while quitting, so I take extra care. I even started not finishing a plate that is overloaded (restaurant or at the in-laws :o) and it give me -1.5 for the weekend. Yay!
