Well our extended European vacation didn’t sabotage my eating plan. I ate wonderful, fresh local dishes everywhere. Lots of fresh vegetables and lean meats, and worked out nearly every day. I actually managed to gain muscle and lose weight. I lost a lot of data entry when a pick pocket stole my iPhone in Rome. This after my Apple Watch gave out on me in Montenegro. But I’m slowly getting back to normal. I have my phone replaced and I’m still waiting for the insurance to approve my watch repair or replacement. I managed to get a serious infection in one leg from an injury that happened just before the trip and a massive allergic reaction in both legs from something. I’m on a steroid and a strong antibiotic. And they seem to be healing. However, I’ve canceled my trip to Greenland and the East coast of Canada. I’m just too worn out. I hope y’all have a fantastic week.
