I am pretty much going to transition to a fully natural processed foods free diet now and think it will actually be a success because I have very little of it as it is and have control over my cravings and choices.

My adipose fat is at 55% and Visceral fat is 30% of my total fat and it lines up perfectly with all my health concerns that show up in my bloodwork. Swimming again today and meed to work out a weight lifting plan since I can’t do a full body workout every second day.
