Did a good workout today combining shadow boxing and arms and shoulders weight training.

Must have been a shoulder arm workout kind of day, since I did weights for shoulders and arms today.

Skwhite, yes it appears so. How are you doing with that? I haven't tracked my nutrition and exercise very well but my friend and I are neck and neck. Once we get past the 3 week mark, I will feel a little more relieved. Since she doesn't have much to lose if any and just wants to cut the fat, she is struggling staying on the nutrition plan as I am so I am sure she's looking for the 3 week mark to cheat a little bit. I miss my wine but I was thinking that I could have some scotch and still be within the constraints of the plan, slow carbs. Have a great week.

I am using 5 pound weights now and am thinking that in March I will try 8 pound ones for some of the exercises.
