My goal this week is to log what I eat every single day. That's almost always my goal, but this week I'm really focusing on it. It won't be easy, because we're going to a family reunion at the end of the week, but I have the schedule and menu ahead of time, so I have a general idea of what I'll be eating. I'm not focusing so much on trying to improve my eating, but on getting back into the habit of logging what I eat.
