I think I've gained some weight...I feel full..an unhealthy full from absolutely no exercise and eating a little extra. I came home and was starved tonight. I ate two bowls of the soup I had made (should only have had one) and I've been working at a desk with absolutely no movement. Not going to be too hard on myself, but I'm looking to have to reset my goal again. Errrrr.

Ok, you ate outside of your routine today but you have time before next Monday's official weigh-in to make progress. Amp up your routine and get right back on target.

I still had two bowls of soup for dinner, but smaller ones. LOL. I was starved when I came home and freezing cold. My plan of attack is to do a little activity to burn some of it off and also, not to have that second glass of wine :)
