2 eggs scrambled with 1/8 c. cottage cheese was the bulk of the protein. Lunch meat, a slice of cheese, whole wheat bread filled out the rest.

I broke it down more. 13 g protein from the eggs, 8g from bread, 5 g from lunch meat, 4 g from cheese, 3 g from cottage cheese, 1 g from diced bell peppers and onions, and .5 g from blueberries. All these numbers are rounded.
