My boss bought me lunch to celebrate my birthday tomorrow. Its a black angus baked potato & they are very big. It very tasty & I took off tomorrow in hopes to make it a better & easier day. Ive been having a hard time lately very tired and not feeling well

Thanks 😊 I'm trying the kids are out of school 🏫 now and they don't mean to make the house such a mess. But I want to to look nice for people when they visit tomorrow. I had a lot to do today to get ready for the weekend and to source a ride for my big doctors appointment on Monday (I have to get my meds fixed I keep having major neurological issues that arent resolving since they switched me to the cheaper medicine saved the government 50,000 a year in differnece though). But since the switch most of my MS symptoms are out of control 🕹️ 😢. But I am committed to getting at least six hours tonight of rest and I took an hours nap earlier 🥱. I did promise the doctor to try to better and I keep my promises which is so much better then last years 2-4 hours a night.
