Im killed only got to take 20 mins in the last of my 10hr shift. We were so busy Im almost crossed. I have so much left to do, ugh. Mom, is coming tomorrow to pick Ayla for the month (she thought it would be to much to take all three). So much cleaning ah!

We finally have are first veggies of the season! So exciting it the first time Ive grow banana peppers. Eating a bit heavu today so will prob. be at 2000cals today but its going to be so a super long hard day so Ill need all that energy. :)

Lunch/dinner. This is the meal I made family last night. I will use it as a bridge for my combo meal to finish my day. The beans are in a dish because I like them cold, but I didnt want anything to make my bread soggy so the sandwich is on the side. Yummy.

I am starting to put on a little bit of muscle bit by bit each month I've managed to retain the muscle now for 3 months totaling about 6 lb of muscle over the course of the last 4 months. I know that's not much for some but I'm very proud of that number I've worked very hard for each bit of it sadly. It bothers me a little bit that I'm up from my 120 lbs that I started at the beginning of the year but it's made my doctor very happy. cognitively I understand that typically when you gain muscle you will gain weight value but I would prefer to have lost weight in the form of fat while I gained muscle mass but I suppose I would have also liked to have gained money during this time as well so I guess wishful 🤔 thinking, lol. I was finally able to sync my Move it smart dumbbell weights to my phone and figure out how to link it to the television so I'm hoping that in the next couple of days I will be able to begin workouts on the television. It is my hope that with these new weights that I'll be able to work on more exercises that target my core as well as just get me more moving in the house and do a little bit more fun type exercises that keep me moving. I'm trying to continuously weigh in so that I monitor my muscle mass gains without becoming too concerned with the increase in my pounds I understand that I'm still a healthy weight and then there's nothing wrong with my current weight cognitively but it's still really bothers me that I've technically gained weight I know it's stupid but it does bother me so do not weigh in to often to avoid becoming fixated on a number rather than being concerned with the actual point of the exercise which is of course my health and the improvement there in.
