Today I hit my first goal weight... YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am on cloud nine and could not feel better. I am seweing an improvement in the way that I feel and he way that I act. Life is looking better. I am not longer looking at the ground when I walk, I am holding my head high and can actually see and want to see the world around me.
