Ate my Wendy's salad last night and loved it!
Back at the gym this morning for day 3 this week. Circuit training, biking and walking the track. Really excited about my meal plan for today. My soup is simmering right now for supper. Breakfast and lunch were yummy. Snacks were good and kept me filled. Almost forgot and ate chips when I got home, but I thankfully remembered and hid them in the cabinet. Happy with myself for sticking to my plans, just wish I would see a loss in the morning. It would be encouraging.
