Breakfast: Yogurt, hummus, mini naan, cheese stick x2, should have skip breakfst today because I have a heavy ñunch but Im very hungry as Ive been movimg a lot today. So Im going to eat anyways and just try to readjust by limiting dinner or obstaining.
