It’s been a busy day for me today; loaded and delivered a custom built greenhouse; then had 3 pieces of catfish; roasted, skinless, boneless chicken thigh, 1/2 a serving of chicken gumbo, and a salad without the greens, had chopped boiled egg, lean ham cubes and fat free shredded cheese for lunch; then came home and walked nearly 8.4 miles, 25,000+ steps; over 10.5 miles for the day; and nearly 1900 active calories burned so far today. Will probably hit 2000 by bedtime. After my last walk my right ankle is smarting.

A greenhouse that's so cool 😎 😁 I'm super jealous you will have to upload a picture of it when you get a chance. Your activity is very impressive no wonder your your ankle is grumpy with you after reading the list of your activities I think your ankle has a fair reason to be a little grumpy with you that's a lot from one day for anybody. Then you make sure to ice that ankle raise it up high and give us some TLC it deserves it as to you good job! Not to mention if you don't give it some TLC it's going to swell up and then where will you be. Don't forget that a nice compress would not be out the way either. I didn't do half that much I'm exhausted right now I'm sitting down trying to get my butt in gear and get back up to get the house cleaned up so that when the guys come over and Ryan gets home we can all play d&d. I've got the kids cooked for everybody settling down not to get everybody back into bed. But my motivation to get back up and get everything cleaned up I'm afraid to get up and gone with. Although I am considering taking an additional fatigue pill I've been naughty a couple weekends where I've been sick and not taking them so I have a couple extra. I've discussed taking an extra one here and there with my doctor and he said in emergencies that it's okay not sure this constitutes an emergency but since I've been sick my energy levels are just well not to be ugly but in the toilet.

I just finished a 5.1 mile walk on it, went and had it looked at and I can no longer walk on that ankle more than 5.5 miles on it at a time. Which means no more 6 and 7.5 miles at a time. So I’m going to start breaking my walks down into 2-3 walks per day and cutting the total miles walked from 11+ miles to 8-9 miles per day during Monday through Friday and the weekends to 6 on Saturday and Sunday.
