@MarleneGetSerious, it’s half of a sausage, cheese, tomato, and onion omelette. I also made a protein fruit smoothie with it. All of it was less than 500 calories. My total calorie intake today is less than 700 right now. Just got in from doing a 3.65 mile walk in the cold after it rained. I would have done 4 miles if it didn’t start raining again and I wasn’t cold

Sorry Marlene the total for the omelette and protein fruit smoothie was 533 calories. I was still full from breakfast so lunch was only 156 calories.

@Rob, I admire your determination. I'll try to get out today. I can't keep myself on the treadmill, even with music. I have to be outside; I intend on walking two miles around the park this afternoon. Let's see how my day goes.

oh my..... 😱 lets see, it's 830 - about 1030 I'll walk a bit on the treadmill. I didn't get a chance to walk earlier as planned.

MarleneGetSerious; we’ll just finished my third walk and last walk of the day. Today I’ve done 9.7 miles; 22,740 steps; and 1914 active calories burned so far, for the day. All on 1054 consumed calories. Which is 53% of my rdi of 2000 calories per day

I did and it turned out to be the first of three walks at 6.79 miles; then 2.39 miles and third over a mile finished the day at 10.4 miles in total. Didn’t eat much today; stomach wasn’t right, I went to have Mexican food with church friends tonight and only ate 1.5 enchiladas and a quarter of the beans and rice and gave the rest to my son. So calories taken in was 980.

Hope you're feeling better. I realize that I have more energy when I work out. I did not get a chance to do much today because I'm renovating a room on my home, so today I spent the whole day sis by side with the workers. It was busy I did a lot of walking and packed up stuff in boxes. I munched all day but had a decent dinner. I'm gonna start eating early mornings and early evening. Two meals but light. Good luck.
