Green goddess salad 1c, 3 gortons fish fillets, 1c brocolli florets so good! Splurged on some fish but so worth it! Yum. Got lots done today bit now I hurt. Im suppose to finally get a new fridge tomorrow I hope its at least the same size... maybe bigger?!

Leah a breaded fish fillet with tartar sauce on a roll was one of my favorite things !! It was a staple in the food rotation in the school cafeteria which went on for years even when I wasn’t in school. I just can’t do it anymore. 😂 I know you enjoyed it !

Well I fall into a few bad habits lately I came by the honestly one I haven't been feeling very well and when I don't feel well I typically will go to bed if I'm stressed or in pain to avoid such when possible. Two due to being too busy at work I've been skipping a lot of meals and when I skip meals (I work 9-10hr days so I eat breakfast and lunch at work) I don't typically go back and eat if I skip meals; combining these two factors I been eating only one meal a day for well sometime it's been starting to affect my health and I've been starting to drop weight again. And three because I'm a very habitual person I tend to get into habits and once I start to get into habits I'll skip breakfast and then well because I get busy cleaning and then I get into being in pain I'll skip dinner so you're getting to see a problem if I'm skipping breakfast cuz I'm too busy to eat at work and I'm skipping dinner because I'm too busy cleaning at home and then I don't feel good I'm going to bed I don't eat anyone meal it's causing systemic nutritional problems now. On my last blood test apparently my anemia has gotten to be very much out of control. Because I'm so busy at work I've reduced my intake of water and that's reducing my kidney function as well apparently so I need to up my water intake again. My medications are also putting a lot of pressure on my body and my white blood was so count as significantly reduced again as well now some of that is be expected because I do take a immune suppressants but all of these factors combined have caused a negative impact on my health. When coupled with them tapering off my secondary immune suppressant I've had a increase of my MS symptoms and now they're very concerned I'm not a very good patient to start with and I don't really like the recommendations I'm trying to work with them now to find some sort of fix for the current issues that have arisen.

To combat this issues I'm trying to find myself a few treats here and there to tempt myself to eat a little more. I've also noticed that Ryan has been trying to entice me to eat more by buying me some things as well. For example today he bought me lunch/dinner. Rather he bought me what he expected to be lunch for me it really ended up being a combo of lunch and dinner because I just can't eat that much. ^^
