A little drop that's cool. Anything but a gain is fine.
I will be reducing carbs this week to about 70 a day. My friend who is a model says she cuts down a lot before a shoot so I want to give it a shot for a bit just to see how my body reacts.
I notice you guys and girls experimenting with workouts, they type of foods you eat and when, etc. I think it's a good thing. I look at this way; unless we are totally working our butts off in the gym, since we all have different bodies and absorb nutrients etc., in different ways, we should figure out how our bodies function best.
I've been pretty consistent with the workout on the recumbent bike but I hurt my left shoulder and my upper body workouts are non existent. I have ok this morning so I will give it a shot. I notice resistance training seem to keep me revved up.
